Pothole PATCH
The process: 1. Trim edges to ensure that the sides of the pavement are sealed and creating a clean look 2. Scrub and blow any dirt, debris, or loose stones on the driveway 3. Apply an oil spot primer to ensure the sealer sticks to all areas of the driveway 4. Sealcoat the driveway with a premium, non watered down sealer 5. Apply barricade tape to the end of the driveway ensuring vehicles stay off the pavement during the cure process
The process: 1.Prepare and ensure the cracks are free of major weeds, dirt, and loose stones 2. Pour the acrylic based crack fill ensuring the entirety of the crack is filled and slightly above the rest of the pavement 3. Let the crack fill dry (this takes 5-10 mins 4. Seal the driveway
The process: Note: Our pothole patch product is a DOT approved product that is far supperior to anything else on the market, it cures via pressure and can be driven over immedietly 1. Ensure the pothole or depression is free of large debris 2. Pour the cold patch 3. Tamp and drive over the patch ensuring the pressure activated materials activate 4. Seal the driveway

JNR Sealcoating is a small, locally owned, professional, asphalt maintenance company located in Rochester, NY. We service all regions in the greater Rochester area. Our priority is doing things once and doing them right, using the highest quality, non watered down asphalt emulsion sealer, taking our time to properly prepare the surface, trim edges, clean oil spots, and treat every driveway like it is our own.
